WORK EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL HISTORY

Mr. Wood has been practicing law since 1973. Prior to becoming Of Counsel with Bohm, Matsen, Kegel & Aguilera, LLP he was a contract partner at Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard, LLP and a founding partner of Wood, Ward, & Garnett in 1980, which was an insurance defense firm based in Southern California. Prior to that, he was associated with two law firms in Southern California. Other experiences includes four years with I.T.T., and two years as a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department. Mr. Wood is a licensed pilot and this has allowed him to represent clients throughout the State of California in remote jurisdictions. Mr. Wood and his wife Dawn are active in local charities.
