AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Pierce currently represents municipalities, police departments, and police officers in civil rights litigation, and in litigation involving dangerous conditions of public property and motor vehicle negligence.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Mr. Pierce has primarily worked for insurance defense firms throughout his legal career. He has represented clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog attacks, medical and dental malpractice, and construction defect. While working for these various defense firms, he has obtained valuable deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial experience.
